We are part of the Blue Knights group the hotel was very good value and the staff were generally very friendly and food nice and hotel clean, the barmaid who was serving the beer for the whole three or four days was excellent. My only criticism would be that kept making us drink in plastic glasses.|Paul
not every one of the rooms has a balcony but u can get over it
The rooms look like from the Polish People's Republic, the bathroom is tiny, I'm afraid to enter the shower without flip-flops. There was a lot of dust in the room, it was dark, according to the staff, the "young people" did not deserve towels, and there was no hotel accessories at all. They also asked us to remove the bed linen before leaving, which should not have happened at this price.
The shower is very small for an adult. In the canteen, breakfast and dinner are buffet-style, but very poor. Dinner is served by the staff, where you have no choice what to eat. The room was neat and well-kept and the staff at the resort were nice and helpful. One thing that bothered me was that there were almost 300 steps to the beach. And that means taking tables with you to the beach. And you don't go on holiday to get tired
the food was bad, the scrambled eggs were undercooked, the potatoes looked like they had been in water for several hours
the bathroom is tragic, like in the communist times, you can't enter the shower without flip-flops
holes in the ceiling in the rooms
Tour groups are told to remove the sheets from their beds
they don't provide towels
the room is full of dust on the cabinets
The TV doesn't work
A place for colonies, camps, tour groups, etc. A large facility. The rooms have a lot to be desired for this price. Not all rooms have balconies. You can see the savings. Even in the canteen, compared to the years before the pandemic. There is no fruit or even a piece of cake at breakfast. No juices or e.g. water with lemon and mint. One type of tea.
St. Andrew's Day party, great as always, delicious food, great service, great rooms...
The only failure was the DJ who probably has very little to do with parties...
As for the place, the rooms are not bad, but nothing crazy, the bathrooms are small and unpleasant as in the communist times, both the owner and I witnessed his impertinent behavior, and honestly, for a person who runs such a large recreation center, he lacks tact and personal culture, I definitely won't go back there and I don't recommend it, there are probably much better places where the owner respects the guests, because if it weren't for the guests, this place wouldn't exist!!!
So, dear owner, change your behavior because if you don't do it, you will be running a toja at the beach, not a recreation center!!!
I don't say hello
